This Monday January 16th, Chef Alex will be participating in the 3rd annual Mac-Off here in Collingswood.  This is a great event hosted by The Food Bank of South Jersey.
Local Chef's will dedicate a day of service in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.  Come support Chef Alex at the Scottish Rite Ballroom from 5pm-8pm as he prepares what stands to be the most creative and best Mac and Cheese around!
